| Because of our size cancellations affect us greatly! * 72 hour cancellation policy: Please note that this applies to the entire booking including any meals or extras ordered or regardless of the number of days booked. The 72 hours refers to 72 hours prior to the 3pm check in time the day which you have booked to arrive. This policy also ensures that the room you have booked is indeed available to you for the time you have booked. In the same way that it ensures us that the room has not been held unnecessarily. |
